About Saurin Sanghvi, MD

Dr. Saurin Sanghvi completed his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Cornell University in Human Biology. Between college and medical school, he pursued his interest in working in health care at Johnson & Johnson, Inc as an analyst and then travelled around the world with close friends and family. He then completed his medical school, internship, residency and chief residency in ENT – Head and Neck Surgery at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School.

Following residency, Dr. Sanghvi was selected to the University of Miami’s world class sinus and skull base surgery fellowship. This advanced fellowship training gives Dr. Sanghvi the ability to treat nasal, sinus, and skull base diseases beyond what is required of a general ENT physician.

Throughout his medical career Dr. Sanghvi has won numerous awards and honors. In medical school, Dr. Sanghvi was awarded the Alumni Scholarship for high academic standing. He continued this success in residency where he was nominated to the Golden Apple Teaching Award each year of his training, for excellence in teaching. In 2023 when he was awarded Top Doc by SJ Magazine.

Dr. Sanghvi also has a passion for teaching and research. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Rhinological Society. He has over 20 peer-reviewed scientific publications and surgical technique papers in addition to the numerous presentations and posters at national meetings.

Dr. Sanghvi enjoys diagnosing and treating the entire spectrum of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat issues. His specific interests include allergy and nasal conditions, including sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septums, enlarged turbinates, nose bleeds, also nasal and skull base tumors.
