His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, followed by his doctorate from the Universidad Central del Caribe--School of Medicine in Puerto Rico.
After completing his medical education, Dr. Cardona pursued further specialization through his residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. This rigorous training has equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat.
