About Maria Carlino, Au.D.
Dr. Maria Carlino earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium (Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s Universities) in 2023. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology from St. John’s University in 2018.
Dr. Carlino gained her experience from a variety of different clinical settings including St. John’s University Speech and Hearing Center, Audiology Associates of Westchester, Blythedale Children’s Hospital, and Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates of New York. She completed her fourth-year clinical residency at Jacobi Medical Center/North Central Bronx Hospital in 2023.
Dr. Carlino has comprehensive experience working with pediatric, adult, and special needs populations conducting audiological evaluations, ototoxic monitoring, electrophysiological testing, and vestibular testing. Her passion and primary interests lie in diagnostic audiology, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to her patients. She also has experience in performing newborn infant hearing screenings and has participated as part of an accredited Craniofacial team during her residency.
Dr. Carlino currently holds a New York State Audiology license.
