About Judy Taub, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA
Judy Taub, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA, earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in May 2021 from the Long Island Audiology Consortium which includes Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s Universities. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Communication from Touro College in 2017.
Dr. Taub began her clinical rotations at the university clinics of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s Universities, and continued her experiences at Mineola ENT, Jacobi Hospital, and Brooklyn Audiology Associates. She was a student member of the American Academy of Audiology during her training, at which time she participated in numerous community outreach projects to promote better hearing health in the pediatric and adult populations. She was recognized by the Long Island Speech-Language-Hearing Association as the 2020 recipient of the Joan Fox Award for Clinical Competence. Dr. Taub completed her 4th year audiology residency at ENT & Allergy Associates and, upon completion, joined the ENTA team as a full-time audiologist.
Her varied clinical experiences have provided Dr. Taub with a wide range of knowledge for diagnostic testing of varying degrees of hearing loss and vestibular disorders, including comprehensive audiological evaluations, videonystagmography and electrocochleography. Dr. Taub has the skills to proficiently test the pediatric, adult, geriatric, and difficult-to-test populations. She is also up to date on the most current hearing aid options available for the treatment of hearing loss and can offer telehealth treatment options.
Dr. Taub is licensed to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids in New York State. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
