About Jennifer Hartman, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Jennifer Hartman graduated from St. John’s University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. She continued her studies at the Long Island Audiology Consortium to which she received a Doctorate degree from Adelphi, Hofstra and St. John’s Universities in 2011. She is a licensed Audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in the state of New York with a specialty in diagnosing and treating hearing loss.
Dr. Hartman also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Currently, she is the Audiology Counselor for the Long Island Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Hartman was raised by two Deaf parents and therefore having a life long exposure to the Deaf community allowing her to possess a deep understanding and empathy for her patient’s medical as well as emotional needs.
