About Hale Yarmohammadi, MD, MPH
Dr. Hale Yarmohammadi graduated with a Medical Degree from Shiraz University of Medical Science in Iran. She then attended Yale University where she received her Master of Public Health in Chronic Diseases. Dr. Yarmohammadi completed her residency in Internal Medicine following two years of clinical allergy fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She then continued at Mount Sinai to finish a 2 year fellowship in occupational medicine were her main focus was occupational asthma and research on WTC (9/11) survivors. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy& Immunology. Dr. Yarmohammdi has authored papers and a book chapter on Primary Immune Deficiency and its treatment options. Dr Yarmohammadi is affiliated with Mount Sinai and Beth Israel Hospital.
Dr. Yarmohammadi is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She is also a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American Medical Association.
