Lance Jamison couldn’t breathe out of the left side of his nose for years. While visiting Dr. Azer at ENT and Allergy Associates in New Jersey for a sinus infection, Dr. Azer detected something more serious and quickly referred him to Dr. Govindaraj of Mount Sinai on Staten Island. Mr. Jamison had an inverted papilloma (tumor), which had grown to the base of his skull and close to his eye. Dr. Govindaraj removed the tumor entirely, and Mr. Jamison learned it was not cancerous or pre-cancerous. This is what the clinical affiliation between ENT and Allergy Associates and Mount Sinai is all about – personalized care every time.
