About Aylon Glaser, MD

Dr. Aylon Glaser, a partner at ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA), is an experienced ENT specialist and surgeon in Hoboken, New Jersey. He has dedicated over 12 years of his career caring for the health and well-being of thousands of patients. He graduated from Yeshiva University in New York City and received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed both an internship in General Surgery and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UMDNJ/Rutgers University. 

Dr. Glaser practices comprehensive otolaryngology, delivering medical and surgical care of the ears, nose, throat, head and neck of both adult and pediatric patients.  Dr. Glaser has a special interest in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, minimal invasive salivary gland surgery/salivary gland stone removal via sialoendoscopy, sinus surgery, and minimally invasive office-based balloon sinuplasty.

His goal is to provide thorough and patient-centered care to patients in Hoboken and surrounding communities with Ear, Nose and Throat issues. He believes that effective communication and counseling is essential to providing optimal patient care.

Dr. Glaser has been involved in numerous research studies and has been the principal author of numerous papers published in peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented his work at local, regional, and national academic meetings. Additionally, Dr. Glaser has almost ten years’ experience in software programming and database development and has a strong interest in applying technology toward the improvement of patient care, with a focus on quality improvement and medical error capture and reduction.  He is involved in resident education at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. 

Dr. Glaser’s expertise and the compassionate care he provides has been consistently recognized by his peers and his patients.  Early in his career, he was awarded the 2013 Super Doctors NY Metro Area Rising Star designation.  Subsequently, he has been consistently recognized as a New Jersey Top Doc every year since 2015 and a New Jersey’s Favorite Kids’ Doc every year since 2016.  Castle Connolly has recognized Dr. Glaser as a Top Doctor for both New Jersey and the New York Metro Region every year since 2016.

Dr. Glaser sees patients at ENTA’s Hoboken, New Jersey clinical location. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Glaser enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
