In order to continue to thrive in an ever-changing and increasingly challenging healthcare landscape, we are excited to announce that we have joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Pennsylvania (ENTA-PA). By joining ENTA-PA, we can provide you with an even stronger continuum of care with more access to health services right here in Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties, as well as the surrounding communities across New Jersey, New York, and beyond.  

Allergy & Asthma Care is now part of the ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP network. However, for now, Allergy & Asthma Care will continue to operate under its current name. We will transition to the ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP brand in the near future.  We understand that with this change, you may have questions about your care or current treatment plan. Why did Allergy & Asthma Care join ENT and Allergy Associates of Pennsylvania (ENTA-PA)?

We feel that ENTA-PA is the right fit for our practice and the patients we serve. ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) has a large presence throughout New Jersey and New York and has distinguished itself as a leader in delivering comprehensive ENT, Allergy, and Audiology care. We share the same ambition, and a partnership of the two organizations offers great benefits in terms of increased access to care, resources, and expertise.

Who is ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP?

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) is the largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practice in the country, with over 450 clinicians practicing in 64 clinical locations throughout New York and New Jersey, with offices anticipated to open in the Philadelphia area at the start of the new year. Each ENTA clinical office is comprised of world-class physicians who are specialists and sub-specialists in their respective field, who provide the highest level of expertise and care. ENTA is also affiliated with some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world, including The Mount Sinai Health System, Montefiore Medical Center, Northwell Health, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.  ENTA collaborates with all physicians and health systems so that you maintain your right to select the doctors and institutions where you want to receive care.  

What does this mean for you?

We are now officially part of the ENTA network. However, the same doctors, healthcare professionals, and staff will still serve as your care team. They will be supported by the robust practice resources and technologies that ENTA delivers. This partnership will carry forward the same standards in both healthcare quality and personal attention that you have grown accustomed to over the years.  

Will Allergy & Asthma Care keep its name?

For now, Allergy & Asthma Care will keep its name. However, we will transition to the ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP brand in the near future.

Will I still be able to see my doctors?

Continuity of care is our priority. Generally, your doctors will remain the same, plus you can look forward to accessing a broader network of specialists and sub-specialists.

How do I schedule appointments?

Will ENT and Allergy Associates continue to accept my insurance?

ENT and Allergy Associates participates in most insurance plans. To confirm coverage for your chosen location and physician, we recommend verifying with your health plan. You can reach out by calling your health plan directly or by contacting your local office.  

Will billing processes change?

Billing processes and statements will be updated to reflect the ENTA-PA name and tax ID, and we will work to make this as seamless as possible for you.

What About My Medical Records?  

We will migrate our current electronic health record to the system that is standard for all ENTA patients, and we will ensure that your medical records are securely transferred to ENTA for future use. For any questions or assistance, please contact your local office.  

I am a shot patient with a scheduled appointment after March 1. What should I expect?

We would like to remind you of some important updates to your allergy shot appointments and scheduling process.

Scheduling in Advance is Strongly Recommended:

• We recommend all patients schedule an appointment for their shots. 
• To ensure a smooth check-in experience for your upcoming appointment, we recommend completing your required paperwork in advance.
• We encourage you to schedule your March appointments now to secure your preferred time and avoid any gaps in your treatment plan.
• Appointments can be booked at the front desk or by calling your local office. 
• We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but scheduled appointments will receive first priority.

New Pre-Registration Process:

• You’ll receive an email and text one week before your appointment with instructions to complete your paperwork online.
• Completing forms ahead of time will help reduce your wait time and ensure a smoother visit.
• If your paperwork is incomplete the day before your appointment, our staff will reach out to assist you.
