About Amanda Sullivan, Au.D., F-AAA
Amanda Sullivan, Au.D., earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders at SUNY New Paltz in 2008 and Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium of Adelphi, Hoftra and St. Johns University in 2013. Dr. Sullivan is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Sullivan gained her clinical experience as a doctoral intern in numerous settings including Mill Neck School for the Deaf, the Brooklyn Campus of Veterans Affairs Hospital and Audiology Communication Services. She completed her 4th Year Externship at ENT & Allergy Associates, LLP in Garden City prior to coming on as a full time clinical Audiologist in the Poughkeepsie office.
Dr. Sullivan is a New York State licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She specializes in diagnostic testing, including audiological evaluations for both pediatric and geriatric populations. She has a considerable amount of experience in the management of hearing loss with current hearing aid technology. Her areas of interest include the assessment of vestibular and balance systems through Videonystagmography (VNG), Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) and Electrocochleography (ECochG) testing.
